Step into my little sanctuary at the bottom of the garden where you can enjoy a private yoga session tailored just for you - or you and a friend or two 💗.
Whether you’re new to the mat, returning after a break, or simply prefer a more personal, gentle rhythm than a public class, these sessions are designed to meet you where you are.
Practices offered include:
Hatha Yoga – foundational yoga postures, alignment and breath, perfect for establishing or strengthening a steady practice.
Menopause Yoga – gentle, supportive yoga movement and techniques to support hormonal transition, stress-reduction and energy rebalancing.
Restorative Yoga – the use of props makes this a deeply relaxing practice that allows your nervous system to rest and renew.
Chair Yoga - a wonderful practice for every body, traditional yoga poses are adapted and made accessible so that they can be done from / with a chair.
Yoga Nidra – guided deep-relaxation practice lying down, ideal for nervous system reset, better sleep and inner calm.
Guided Heart Meditation – a quieter, inner-focus practice to open the heart, release tension and bring you home to yourself.
